Unfairness

heartburn from tax stress will

Fact: 12-15 Million illegal immigrants currently reside in the USA. I would venture a guess and say that the majority of them do not pay taxes.

Fact: A significant number of American citizens are paid "under-the-table." That is, they are paid in untraceable cash.

Raising taxes isn't needed to increase revenue. Everyone just needs to PAY taxes to begin with.
