Vote Yourself!

Regardless of what you may hear from the media, Huckabee is still in this race and fighting hard!

Some of you may have received phone calls from Mitt Romney stating that this is now a two-man race.
That is simply not true, but it is what Mitt would like you to believe. He it trying to present himself as a viable alternative to McCain and totally discredit Mike Huckabee.

His tactics are not unlike the same ones employed by T.V. News channels and talk radio.

The problem that the establishment has with Mike is that they didn't pick him.

Didn't you know? The media tells us who to vote for and we blindly comply...no, wait, that isn't right. We, the people, are the ones that pick the President.

Can Mike still win? He has a harder road to travel with the rabid media dogs nipping at his heels and trying to spin his campaign in a negative way, but don't forget who chooses our next President: You do! I do!

Sean Hannity doesn't like Mike. That is Sean's prerogative. But I happen to like Mike so my vote will cancel out Sean's vote.

The biggest problem with puppet media is that people trust what they say. Of course we all don't, but some people have little time throughout the day to actually research the statements made by radio talk show hosts.

They are so busy with jobs and life in general that they trust the conservatives on the radio to help them decide who to vote for.

That is where the American people are being taken for a ride! Do your own research friend. Mike is one of us, not one of them. We are being lied to by Sean Hannity, Rush Limbaugh, Lara Ingraham, and more. Mike can win if we want him to win.

The media is so busy attacking Mike, that they don't really cover what he stands for and wants for us. Here is a partial list of some of the stuff Mike stands for/will do:

And much more! Do your own research before you vote! Don't let Sean, Rush, or anyone else have you vote based on their ideals (or lack thereof). Vote yourself!

Talk Radio Connection

When the campaign first kicked off I really liked what Gov. Huckabee was saying. He struck a genuine chord with Americans and had a great message.

But from the start, Gov. Huckabee was never given a fair shake by the media. Radio talk show hosts spoke out vehemently against him. And I wondered why; Americans loved him.

One-by-one I have heard my favorite radio personalities come out and endorse Mitt Romney, the liberal Massachusetts Governor, while bashing Huckabee for no apparent reason. They are losing listeners by the droves with this push to elect Romney, yet it continues in a forceful manner.

In fact, I haven’t heard one talk show host touting Huckabee; they try to paint their listeners as crazy if they happen to like Mike.

This story will be told. If Romney is the nominee, the Democrats will use this to kill his election. If not it will come out later; mark my words.

The club to hit Romney with? Romney has talk radio in his pocket -- Mark P. Mays CEO of Clear Channel Communication, Lester Mays, the founder of Clear Channel and Randall Mays, President of Clear Channel, have all maxed out contributions to the Romney for President Campaign. What will digging reveal? Time will tell.

News talk stations owned by Clear Channel usually have a standard slate of
hosts. The morning show is usually local, with other timeslots filled by local
and syndicated hosts. Programs that appear on many Clear Channel talk stations
include Glenn Beck Program, The Rush Limbaugh Show, Dr. Laura, and Coast to
Coast AM, all of which are affiliated with Premiere Radio Networks in some
fashion. The Sean Hannity Show, The Savage Nation, The Mark Levin Show and Dave
Ramsey are non-Premiere shows that air on many (if not most) Clear Channel
stations.

What do all of these guys have in common? Oh, yeah, they all hate Gov. Huckabee. Could Romney tie into this?

Romney is a former CEO of Bain & Company, a management consulting firm, and
the co-founder of Bain Capital, a private equity investment firm. From 1978 to
1984, Romney was a vice president of Bain & Company, Inc., another
management consulting firm based in Boston. In 1984, Romney left Bain &
Company to co-found a spin-off private equity investment firm, Bain Capital.
During the 14 years he headed the company, Bain Capital's average annual
internal rate of return on realized investments was 113 percent, making money
primarily through leveraged buyouts.

On November 16, 2006, Clear Channel Communications agreed to be acquired by Bain Capital and Thomas Lee
Partners for nearly $19 billion.

Romney B Gone

Finally, there is a conservative answer to MoveOn.org: RoeGone.org, as in Roe v. Wade – GONE. Nice, huh? What's even nicer is the ad they're launching to expose Mitt Romney's record. Be looking for secular conservative pundits and compromising pro-lifers to jump the Romney ship soon. No kidding. I predict this thing will signal the end of the Romney campaign.

Unlike the other ads that have been done on Romney that primarily focus on his flip-flops on abortion, marriage, gun control, immigration, taxes, pornography etc., RoeGone.org's ad clearly delineates Romney's record as governor – which is very appropriate since that's exactly what Gov. Romney said we should do. I was there at the debate last week when Romney responded to the flip-flop accusations with the words: "I can point to a very simple way to find out exactly where I stand, and that is look at my record as governor."

Let's do that, shall we? Watch the ad, and read the script:

In the Florida debate, Governor Mitt Romney said:

"I can point to a very simple way to find out exactly where I stand, and that is look at my record as governor."

Really?

As governor, Mitt Romney issued an executive order forcing justices of the peace to perform homosexual weddings, or resign. Then he ordered marriage licenses changed to read "party A" and "party B" – instead of "husband" and "wife."

As governor, Romney appointed a board member of the Lesbian and Gay Bar Association to the bench, and appointed more Democrat judges than Republicans.

As governor, Romney authored and signed a mandatory heath insurance plan backed by Ted Kennedy – including taxpayer-funded abortion on demand.

As governor, Romney overruled his own health department and forced Catholic hospitals to distribute the morning after abortion pill.

Homosexual marriage?

Tax-funded abortions?

Catholic hospital morning after pills?

Homosexual activist judges?

"Look at my record as governor."

In a press release yesterday, RoeGone.org spokesperson Sharon Blakeney said:

"Governor Mitt Romney challenged voters to look at his record. RoeGone.org has done just that." Blakeney is directing people to the new site: http://www.RoeGone.org and the ad posted on YouTube.

Meanwhile, the word is getting out that Gov. Mike Huckabee is the only candidate who supports both a Human Life Amendment and a Marriage Protection Amendment.

* Unlike Mitt Romney whose health-care plan includes abortion on demand.

* And John McCain who thinks taxpayers should fund medical experiments on human embryos.

* And Rudy Giuliani who supports every single abortion for all nine months, just like Hillary Clinton, Barack Hussein Obama and John Edwards.

Huckabee stands for marriage while McCain and Giuliani (and Clinton, Obama and Edwards) oppose the Marriage Protection Amendment, and Romney opposed a Marriage Amendment to his state constitution.

The good news is the word is getting out in Florida. On Friday, Gov. Huckabee received the "Champion of Life Award" from Florida's Broward County Right to Life for his "outspoken, courageous, uncompromising commitment to restoring legal protection to unborn children," and on Saturday he received the "Defender of Life" award from Floridians for Life. He was also just endorsed by Tennessee, Arizona and Missouri Right to Life, which joined Georgia and Montana Right to Life and Michigan Chooses Life.

Unlike Gov. Romney, whose millions have flooded Florida with misinformation, Gov. Huckabee has been pro-life for more than 10 minutes. He first got involved in the political process as a pastor working to pass a Human Life Amendment. He also helped pass a state marriage amendment in Arkansas – a lead Floridians are trying to follow with their marriage ballot initiative. Yesterday, National Right to Life Political Action Committee issued the following statement:

"National Right to Life is grateful for the strong pro-life record established by Mike Huckabee as governor of Arkansas, and recognizes that Governor Huckabee has taken the strongest pro-life position on all of the life issues of any of the remaining candidates for president."

And Floridian Bobby Schindler, Terri Schiavo's brother, has just come out and endorsed Gov. Huckabee as well. Turns out he's the best at protecting those at the end of life, too.

And Rep. Duncan Hunter's endorsement of Huckabee is helping to bring the defense and border conservatives on board:

"I got to know Governor Huckabee well on the campaign trail," said Hunter. "Of the remaining candidates I feel that he is strongly committed to strengthening national defense, constructing the border fence and meeting the challenge of China's emergence as a military superpower that is taking large portions of America's industrial base.

"Along with these issues of national security, border enforcement and protecting the U.S. industrial base, I see another quality of Mike Huckabee's candidacy that compels my endorsement," Hunter added. "Mike Huckabee is a man of outstanding character and integrity. I saw that character over the last year of campaigning and was greatly impressed."

With the Supreme Court and millions of lives in the balance, there's only one choice for a pro-lifer to make: Gov. Mike Huckabee. Tell everyone you know beginning in Florida (forward your Florida friends this article with the links to the voter guides below). Then, tell everyone on your e-mail list about http://www.RoeGone.org and the Romney ad which, in the long run, should be of help to him. Once he's out of the race, he'll have more time to spend with that family of his, and as Huckabee pointed out in the debate: By saving all his personal money from going to the campaign, maybe Romney's sons will have an inheritance after all.
